window sweep / weatherstrip removal help
I have been trying to take my passenger window lower outer sweep/ weatherstrip off and I can't get the two middle screws out because the window won't go down far enough. I have loosened the window adjusters to help it tilt in some but even then I can't get the screwdriver on it enough to break the torque to get them loose. I can just barley get an angle on them but its not enough. Any tricks short of taking the window out. I took it out on the driver side and it kind of sucks and was hoping there was a trick to getting to those two middle screws on the sweep. Thoughts? Any help would be appreciated.

Re: window sweep / weatherstrip removal help
I used a phillips bit clamped in needle nose vise grips worked pretty good for me.

Re: window sweep / weatherstrip removal help
My bits are too long to fit. I guess I could grind one down and see if that can get in there. Thanks for the tip. If anyone else has any others let me know.
