I was wondering if anybody had some pics of their 82-84 with a different hood. I've looked around and it's hard to find them for whatever reason. Due to the different front end I was worried that seeing the hoods on the 85-92's and they might not look the same. I was thinking about a harwood 3" cowl but i'd like to see some others if anybody has any. Thank you.

here is a pic of my sons 84 with goodmark 4" steel hood. this is almost too tall for safe street driving, you can't see to the right when making a turn so biffing a curb or a chuck hole is always a concern. I'm 6 ft and can't see over it and the kirkey seats sit up pretty straight. 3" would be better and is what I'm going to put on the 83 z in the background.

i've thought about this too, and as of right now i'm set on getting the daytona hood.
i've also wondered how it would look, if our 82-84s had the berlinetta* front bumper with the slits considering our front ground effects have the slits too

I see. Thank you for the replies. Just something about our front ends drives me away from the Harwood 3inch. I think it looks to Sleek. I was thinking of a 4 inch Glasstek. I saw a picture on car domain of a black and silver Z and it looks excellent. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/420777 I'm 6ft 1 so i'm not a whole lot worried about the visibility.
