Racing Stripes - Painted vs Decals
I'm getting ready to paint my ride. Trying to decide on painting vs decals. Cost vs quality. Any ideas? I'm leaning toward a Yenko style since I have a unique cowl hood. I would think decals would need to be custom anyway.

Well the decals will be cheaper than paint.I would go with the decals because they can be removed should you change your mind.
I have the Sunoco hood on my car too, so post some pics when its done!

I would go with the decals if its not a show car. Easier, cheaper, and quicker to apply. You can always remove them leaving no harm to your original paint. But if its a show car, nothing looks better than a real quality painted stripe job. Nice and clean with high vinyl edge.
