Engine: 355TPI, 360MPI
Transmission: 700r4, 46re
Axle/Gears: 3.23, 3.92
gold lace rims on a blue 91 TA?
does anyone have any pics of a set of gold gta rims on a blue trans am? i have a '91 but any year in blue with gold gta's would help. i have black gta rims on the car now & was thinking of having them redone in gold? i also was toying with the idea of getting a new set of decals in gold as well? Btw the car has tan interior.

I was always a fan of the black rims on the blue T/As. I was gonna replace my salad shooters on my blue 91 with black rims like yours, but wound up getting rid of the car.
In any case, the gold doesn't look bad either. It's all in each person opinion though.

i think year one or someone is making the snowflakes in 17x9 in gold i dont know if they would fit the third gens though?

I love those rims but I also love the thirdgen crosslace. I am for the black though rather than the gold. JMO

yea idk i like those snowflakes i just need to know what the back spacing is on the GTA rims to see if the snowflakes fit? i no their zero in the front & 16mm in the rear i just need to know the inches to compare with the others.

I say go for the gold since you have tan interior but,,,,,,,I say stick with the original GTA crosslace wheels and leave the 2nd gen wheels to the 2nd gens. Just my thought.

I was running 4 front wheels on my GTA, until I switched to the 17" Snypers.

I THINK THE GOLD LOOKS BETTER ON A BLU BIRD
as well as the black bird and the green ones too

I am not entirely sure, but i think you could have ordered a Blue car with the Gold rims... i think it looks killer... I thought I had seen one equipped that way... but my memory may be wrong.

thanks for all the input & comments guys, i think im goin to go with the stock GTA lace in gold. i have a guy local who will powdercoat them & repolish the lips for $75 per wheel & i need tires anyway

I think the gold makes it look older. if you are going for a more modern look i would go with the black.
