hwo can i re-seal my headlights?

Car: 1984 Z28 HT,2006 2500HD
Engine: 5.7L, 6.6Llbz dmax
Transmission: 700R4, 6 speed allison
Axle/Gears: worn out 3.73 posi
hwo can i re-seal my headlights?
just like the tittle says my right side low beam has condensation in it and im wondering what is the best way to seal it, silicone?

Would the same hold true for the parking/turn signals on my 1991 RS? They've got a fair bit of moisture in the light, and I've been toying with various ways to remove the condensation, and reseal the light. I imagine theres a way to get into the parking lights, though, as they're not sealed-beam.

i also took mine out to clean them it makes a huge differance. they went from cloudy and yellowish to clear in about an hour
