bought a 92 and the rust!!!!!!!!!

I got a 92 looks VERY nice on the outside but part of the floor is well not, the pics i have attached will show it. can i repair this type of rust? i have a rolling chassis from my 87 how hard would it be if i put all the parts on it doors, hood, dash, back window everything but the old shell, or am i just making it harder? i know my way around these pretty good but it seems that all the rockers and some other points are good, door rust starting. so i dont know if i should save it or make a new one using my 87 shell. the radiator core will need to be replaced also but not big deal. the 87 was just a 2.8, can the frame hold the new parts and power? is it the same frame? because the 92 is rough on the bottom side

thanks for the input

Re: bought a 92 and the rust!!!!!!!!!

if the 87 shell is rust free, you should prob. be good there, and yes the frame is the same.Would be alot of work swapping everything over but, looks like the 92 has some pretty bad cancer issues.
