Is it just me?
I have been looking at several pics of third gen camaros from many different angles trying to figure this out. The only Third gens around here are in the JY or show cars for the most part so I dont have ready access to them. Is there any difference in camaro body lines based on model or w/e? I looked at them, even from the same year, and it seems some are VERY smooth, like that of a firebird, and others have that squared off edge that forms the body line going down the middle of the doors, fenders & quarters. Am I crazy or is this something that is true?

Yes. While they are all F-body's and share the same basic design throughout all the years, there are subtle changes from year to year and between models.
Models - because there needs to be something that the owner can say that "hey, this is what makes mine different from the others".
Years - because there is always a constant evolution (usually for the better, sometimes worse) in car design and ideas.
To go through every individual characteristic for every model, option package, every year, for both the Camaro & Firebird would take-up more space than I could post here. If you have any specific questions betwen certain models or years, that would be easy to do. Or, to get a good idea, there are many online brochures of the models for each year and another good place to look is http://www.cardomain.com . There you can look at thousands of pics for any year.

Well I dont really need to know all of the details about every single model ever made. Just the single feature that I see currently. But I guess all I really need to know is, even though some models seem to have a more distinguished body line, do all camaro fenders line up the same at the door regardless?
