Fixing window and then... DOH!
Yea, so I did not break the glass but found this after I fixed the window and buttoned it all up...
I hope you got a good laugh, I been working on cars for 15+ years and every once in a while you get a FAIL!

It would work great at blinding people though, especially with the little stick control.

Ok, I had/have a window problem where it rocks forward and aft and it did not close all the way. It would leave a gap at the front pillar and rear seal, I took the door completely apart, removed the glass removed the hardware and found that some of the gear teeth had been chewed off right before the end of the throw. So I welded the chewed up area and used a dremel to cut new teeth.
I tried adjusting everything but I could not seem to get all the rocking out of the window, although it is much better now, and does actually close all the way now.
I think the scizor part is worn at the middle and is a little lose which could be causing the rocking. I am open to idea's on it if you have one though.
So I was standing on the inside of the door when I was putting it all back together and accedentially put the mirror back on that way.
In my defence I was sitting down and could not see how the mirror was positioned.
I fixed it now but it was like getting kicked in the ***** after all the work to stand back and see something like this.
