Rear Hatch Problem***HELP***

I put in a new hatch motor cause the old one went out on me, & put in new hatch struts. Now the problem is the motor works fine, if I hold the switch in the down position, it won't do it if I just push down on it.Same thing if I close it I gotta hold the switch down to have it pulled down. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful besides using my BFH...hehe

Thanks in advance,
Karl

Re: Rear Hatch Problem***HELP***

Sounds like a wireing problem or a bad relay or something..

I had a problem with my rear hatch creating a draw and sucking the life out of my batt. in a couple hours. All I had to do is move the whole assembly up ( three 15mm bolts) about a 1/4 in.

Maybe try moving your assembly up?
