Retrofitting factory fog lights on 91-92

Has anyone done this, add the fog lights that were on a T/A to a Formula? It looks like it would be fairly straight forward. Just get the switch, lights, and fashion a wire harness. There's a plastic cover over the area where the lights should go, so I'm not sure how you'd deal with that.

What do you need for a wiring harness then? Does the existing wire harness have any provisions for the fog lights and switch?
