Im sure someone here has done it, if you done see any search for the "purdiest third gens" or somthing like that thread. About 13 pages of third gens. You might find some pics there. When it comes to spoilers another custom option you could look into would be the high rise Z28 spoiler like i have on my car. The 91-92 is the rounded front end correct? If the spoiler you are talking about is the straight base model spoiler then i dont think it would look good. Im not a TA guy but I do love them. My personal favorite is the aero wing (wraps around like what you have) or the 4th gen spoiler. Check that out at the sponser at the top of the page. HawksThirdGenParts.com -Matt

Im kicking that idea around. I got the 91 bird and found a Black formula at the junk yard and got the hood for $30 bucks and the Hatch is still their. I love the wrap around look. I might get it this coming wk.

the 91-92 wing is the best looking one for the third imo i dont see why you would want to do that the older one looks best on the older ones and your not talking about the one that came on your car originaly (the straight one)

yea youre right skit,
i thinked about this, i will buy a Trans Am GTA 87-90 in some years... i want keep my 91-92 TA orginal.
i want both cars accualy lol.
but i like the 87-90 style more.
i just wonder how the combo 91/92 front and older wing back will look.

Important things to keep in mind:
1. The stock 85-90 trans am aero wrap-around spoilers are junk. They are made of foam that rots and wire that rusts. Thats why you see the paint always cracking on those over time. If you are going to spend the money on a new fiberglass spoiler, you might as well get the better looking 4th gen style spoiler rather than the fiberglass reproduction 85-90 t/a spoiler.
2. The 91-92 Camaro Z28 high rise spoiler is not as wide as the rear of the firebird, it doesn't look right on a firebird.
