What adhesive should I use for Louvers?
My louvers are cracked in a couple places (plastic sides) and I know there are automotive adhesive s or glues out there to repair them, but I don't where to get them or what the names are. Thanks for any help.

depending where the cracks are, you may even want to try crazy glue. sometimes it doesnt work worth s*** but other times you'd never know it broke

This is what I'd use:

I'd reinforce it with .020" thick aluminum behind the louvers. If you need I can supply that too. The aluminum easily conforms to the curved contour and provides a good reinforcement. The two-part urethane is black in color so it matches the color of the louvers. Roughen up the surface a bit and make sure it is clean.

Sweet. I'll give it a shot. I need the aluminum to. There are 3 spots half inch big and 1 three inch crack. How many should I get?
Thanks for the help

You only get a 3-5 minute working time once you've mixed the contents, so bast it on that. Figure you need to mix, attach the aluminum and apply masking tape to hold it in place for that time duration. I'd figure one per crack. What sizes of aluminum strips will you need to reinforce the back side?

Re: What adhesive should I use for rear hatch Louvers?
aah cr&p. I messed everybody up. I meant my rear hatch louvers need to be repaired. This will probably change your mind with telling me to use double/bubble.

Oh ok. This is my first time repairing plastic so I am not sure how much aluminum I would need. Can you suggest an amount of aluminum?
Thanks for your help

I have the 2 side ABS pieces if these are factory louvers. They are NOS. If your louvers are factory and need complete restoration including paint, consider getting new instead of repairing. If they are just slightly cracked and that's all that's wrong, try the epoxy first and if it doesn't work, make me an offer on the new sides.
