Get the clear(not blue-yellow gay tinted colored ones) blazer brand foglights from walmart. They are pretty much a direct replacement and run about $17-$20. Other places sell them too. They don't have the mounting part of the foglight, you only use the lense, foglight bulb, and glass from the blazer foglights.

No, they (Blazer is one brand name) offer a direct swap for the lens in trans am foglights. Just take your old lens with you so you get the right size (or just go by eye, there's not many choices). You will also be able to use the reflectors and bulbs from the aftermarket set, for about the price of replacement bulbs alone.

Re: Fog Light lens

The blazer brand fogs will fit perfectly in 85-90 trans ams. In 91-92 firebirds, they will work, but its not perfect.

The lense will come right off, it's normally held in place with a little sealant.

Those are the lamps but you can pick them up for less than $20. I've even seen them at Wal-Mart, or try AZ, Advance, etc.

Re: Fog Light lens

if I recall correctly it was 50 for just one side lense. if I did it again I would just go to napa and see if they had em, or even look for a nice used set.

Re: Fog Light lens

Man, I can remember when I worked at AZ in high school (1997 or so) and they carried the individual Blazer replacement lenses for less than $5. A guy that worked there had a GTA and replaced both of them, I guess that's how I knew that the Blazer ones would work.
