My wife named my car herbie, since it really does have a mind of it's own. If you trash talk it it really drives like crap. I named my car Alana (ah-la-na) which is inscribed on the dash

My 86 T/A that I am restoring/customizing is Firebat. My T/A is black and I was always impressed with another black car as a young, yound kid, the batmobile(s). Anyway, it will be my version of a cross between a custom black thirdgen firebird and a batmobile without getting too crazy(like having an afterburner).

My 92 Firebird is simply "The Firebird", for now anyways...

Well, I am still not used to calling it MY FIREBIRD ( just bought it off my dad) So i sometimes call it "your firebird" when speaking to my dad. So I am thinking "The Firebird" or "Carman".

The "BADmobile", or sometimes "Super-maro", but mainly it is "Bad Black Bitc*". It just sounds cool to say " lets take this bad black bitc* for a spin!"

I think she likes it too!

NUBLAZ

I came up with this idea when I was living in Hawaii, and started plans to sell my Caprice. My Caprice had vanity plates with "BLAZN" on them; Hawaii only allows 6 letters. I was originally planning to buy a BMW 325i, and actually came up with the name before I even had the Caprice's replacement. Since the new car would replace "BLAZN," I figured it would be the "new blaze." To get this to fit on Hawaii plates (and thus ANY state's plate) I came up with NUBLAZ.
I couldn't find a 325i in the price range I was willing to pay; instead I found the Camaro. I love the car, though. It will make a wonderful money pit... er... project!

I just call mine the T/A or the bird... but i thought a good name for it would be Vulture since it's a bird that has fed on the death of many other 3rd gens. It has parts from over a dozen different 3rd gens by now and it's about to devour a 4th gen drivetrain

Cannibal would be accurate, but Vulture sounds better... and it's a bird that feeds on death. What's cooler than that? hehe

Name my 92 custom RS, CRAZY do to the Crazy paint job my brother painted on it.
Name my 92 covertible Trans am COCKY, Cause the preious owner had all covertte tpi parts put on to that tpi, plus just having a rare car is just that COCKY
Name my 78 Z28 Camaro ATTITUDE, cause well I plan on pulling my motor and makeing it a 383 stroker motor. ANd having your birth year camaro on top of 2 other f-body is just that an attitude problem.

So if I get the car trailer I want and take all 3 to the f-body gathering I want to go to. I have all three of them setting next to each other and you will have one CRAZY COCKY ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I simply call mine the "old girl".

My freinds call her "Ripper". It's a short for for "stripped". She was a show car at one point and I competed in car shows, IASCA car audio and the odd street race or three. She had over $ 20,000 in car audio and 650hp with a supercharger and NOS. I sold her to a guy (19 yrs old) and put the money into the house. Well the car got stolen and S T R I P P E D.....everything was gone - engine, suspension, axles, stereo, wheels, brakes..GONE, GONE, GONE. I managed to get her back from the insurance company (paid $ 100). The theives didn't even put her on blocks....NOPE just left her on the ground. SO now shes back and I'm putting her back together...one piece at a time...not like before but just to enjoy. Last time she scarred the wife (she hit the NOS button by mistake)...........hmmm....maybe that's not a bad thing..........

Oh and the license plate reads "LAZ RUBER".

Stinger = My Teal 92
Stinger #2 is my black one

Stinger came from the fact my teal car had a total of 4 bee hives in it when I bought it, and since the black one is taking the green ones place, Stinger 2 seems fitting

My friend bought a 73 mustang, has some charging and carb probs, so his isnt running at the moment. My first camaro was acomplete shitbox, i got ripped off, so we dont have very high respect for thirdgens. I just recently bought a firebird, scary fast car, so i guess ill give it a little respect. Anyways, my friend affectionately refers to it as the "CHICKEN" and i affectionately refer to his as the "MULE". Not the greatest names, but they stuck!

Acclr8n, i read the post about drifty, you really have some talent, i cant beleive you went through so much trouble to fix that front end!!! Amazing work.
