How hard is this to repair?

Brush with a bush after tire blew out during turn...

since the rear quarter is like welded on, you cant neccessarily beat the dents out, and i dont want to ruin the panel, so what exactly is the safest way to repair this?

If you can't access the backside from the spare tire wheel well see if you can't get the side marker out and use a curved body pick to try to push the dent out. I don't know how well those Ding King Things work but you might check that out too.

Your other option if you have the $$ is to find a body shop that does Paintless Dent Removal (PDR).

paintless dent removal isn;t neccessary...

but i looked at the spare tire area and there is a bar where most of the dent is...

i did get a good bit of the dent removed but lite i said the main part is still there....

i'll have to try a body spoon i guess....
