Painting the bottom third
Hey, i newly bought my 88 camaro and was curious what the cost to paint the bottom third fibreglass would be and whether anyone thinks black would be a good choice to match the stock red it came with. Also whether id be able to do this myslef without any experience.Thx for any replies.

Are you talking about just the Ground Effects? or the bottom 3rd of the whole car?
If you just want to do teh Ground Effects, I would receommend just using a good spray paint. I did mine (on my 88 Camaro) in an afternoon. All I did was clean the ground effects, used a 2000 grit sand paper to scuff them up, and sprayed them black.

What kind of paint did u use and where did u get it? Also how is the durability of this and how does it come out using a spray can?
