Front Valance maybe?

I need to know what this piece is called and maybe where i can get a hold of this piece. Its broken on my car and it annoys me...anyways it seems its not connected to the front bumper. Its right near the radiators and all and is supposed to help with cooling. Heres the only pic i got.

its not aftermarket. Its stock. I got it from my grandmother and she bought it in 84. She never replaced it. Ive seen it in 2 pieces but doesnt have the bigger piece that connects to the body. Only the long and narrow piece.
