I have a power antenna and I bought a used fender which has a stationary antenna, I don't know how to get it out, thanks.

more of a body and interior question...
The top part, with the 4 grooves, should unscrew. It's like the nut that holds the antennae to the fender. Once you remove the screw, the antennae should drop down and out.

The power antennal is bolted to a bracket on the body that you'll have to take it loose from. That'll be easy with the fender off. Then the fun part will be threading the new antenna cable back through the dash to the radio.
