There aren't a lot of different manufacturers making molded carpet. ACC and ACS are the two biggest. Both fit well, but will need some trimming on your part. The big issue is that the ACC stuff fades badly, and the overall quality just isn't as good as the ACS. Unfortunately, 99% of the retailers carry ACC.
For more info on the ACS carpet, give me a PM.

I bought my acs carpet from jim and it fit surprisingly well for aftermarket. Just lay the old one on top of the new one, rough cut the openings out and about 10 minutes of trimming and its done.

I'm putting new carpet in my camaro and was wondering how you guys got the carpet over the rod on the rear of the tranny tunnel that holds the center of the rear fold down seats so that the holes are in towards the middle as far as possible.

Do any companys send out sample pieces of carpet. My doner car has light gray carpet and I was wanting to go a bit darker when I swap it over to another.

I can't remember if my carpet is acc or acs but whoever it was sent 4 different samples of light grey so I could match it up with my original. Just call them up and tell them what you want to do and they'll send samples out.

do you have any carpet that i guess would be labeled "race carpet".. im meaning covering the whole trans tunnel for no console, and no gap in the back because there is no back seat, etc? If not I guess im gonna have to use regular carpet and cut/adhesive/mold my own and thats gonna suck.

My A1Auto carpet had a very small shifter hole (Had to enlarge it some) and that was it
Came several inches bigger for a perfect fit
I wrote a review on A1Auto in the review section about it

carpet
when i got my carpet, i had to cut holes for all the bolts for the console and whatnot. the easiest way i found to do this is to lay the new carpet over the old carpet (of course this only works if you have the old carpet) and just trace and cut. as far as getting it under the seats, you could either pull it through or just take the back off and fit it in.
