hood liner and louver removal tips?

hood liner and louver removal tips?
Ok so I'm removing my hood liner and iroc hood louvers, just fishing for tips.
How do I take off the tabs which hold up the hood liner without breaking them off? and..
How do I unscrew the cheap-o washers which hold on my hood louvers without breaking the tabs off?
