no you see to get the ground effect off i need to take out the bolts that hold on to the ground effect off first. I have been told there is 2 bolts under the iroc sym. ,that i need to get to and i've heard that there are clips and i heard that there are no clips.

I was able to carefully pry mine out without breaking it, it was glued in with some sort of adhesive. There are 2 screws behind it that hold the gfx tight to the fender.

Commas, periods, and proper sentence format will help me figure out what you are trying to convey. I have read over your post 10 times and I am dumb founded by your post, please restate the question?
