88-89 steering wheel on a 91

I currently have the airbag steering wheel and was looking at going to the 88-89 stock steering wheel. Will it bolt right up or is there an adapter? Is it difficult to change?

I replaced the air bag steering wheel in my Formula with one out of an 87 Firebird, it was a direct swap.

So you wouldn't need a horn cam or anything like that right?

Well, I did have to cut the horn wires and splice them together, as the 87 Wheel only had 1 horn button, the 90-92 Airbag wheels have 2.
