What is rolling cargo shade COVER? Pics!
Hello
I realy badly need to see a roling cargo shade cover. I would prefer to see it in med grey or tan but any other colour except black is fine.
I accidentally bought a black shade with a black cover for my med gray interior. I dont want to make the same mistake twice and get another black one for a tan int. with out knowing what it looks like.
My shade hasnt arrived in the mail yet and i need to see what one of these looks like so i dont keep this other guy waiting.
Thank you

The actual shade itself is black but there is a cover that it rolles up into so it looks all clean. A budy of mine hade one in his gta but it was too long ago to remember what it looked like.
The shades are all black as far as i know, but the shade covers were interior colour i think.

everything asociated with the roll up cover is black. the cover itself, the plastic cover it rulls up into, and the lil round clips that it clips into. the only thing that would b interior color is the interior trim pannel for the rear hatch. the one that the cover clips into when its pulled out. hope this helps.

yes, but when rolled up, there is a cover that is interior colour. Im almost 100% sure. That way it makes the interior look all clean.
Now i may be wrong but i dont think so.

This is a bluish-gray shade i got out of an 89 formula. Bad thing is i think this one is broke, the side you dont see is touching the driver's side, and for some reason its 4 inches short as seen in the pic. This one is different than the two black ones i use on my firebirds. Notice the tabs are on the side, not on the middle, and its made out of vinyl or something like that.
It matches a lot better than what the camera shows.

i think he is talking about a cover that covers up the roll up shade when the shade is rolled up. if that is the case i have never heard or seen one b4 but you could get an uphulstry shop to make you one for pretty cheap i would imagine, b/c it wouldnt be hard to do at all.

Yes thats what i mean. I have been talking about a plastic cover that the shade rolls into so it looks cleaner and prevents fading when it is roled up.
My dads jeep had one. He just so happens to be selling the shade now.
Here is a pic. See how the shade rolls up into the hard cover. This kind of thing is what im talking about.

like i said earlier your best bet would be to get an upholstery shope to make you a cover with a zipper out of vinyl to match the interior. then cover the shade up with the thing sip it up move the sipper to where it faces down and it will look very clean and not hard to put on or take off. it should be very easy to do and would look very nice.
