just finished all the paint work, heres the pics not all assembled yet but by the end of this week. theres a silver pin stripe that splits the black and white you cant see but in person it looks hot. let me know what you think!

looking really good! I like the 2-tone look, specifically where you split the two. are you staying with stock rims or changing them up?

Looks great!, Had a drawing of one painted that way a few years back. I wanted to copy it then.
Careful on the reassembly.
Dare to be different!, Monotone is boring.

I like it, but what's with all the orange peel on the paint?
Cool two tone though, it always looks good, and you wrapped it around like I like it... Not too far down

I like the two-tone idea...especially with a pinstripe to break it up, but black and white are so oppisite it makes it more of a bold rough cut statement rather than a blended flow

Reminds me of the silver/black paint scheme I posted a while ago. I can't wait to see it assembled, maybe I'll change my mind back to 2 tone rather than sunset orange.

I happen to like two tones and I like it! May I ask how you separated the two colors? Like what did you do to mask it off and get the line to go so smoothly?

Looks like your off to a nice start. I think the car has a lot of potential. There are a number of things that I think that you can do to make the car really stand out... First off, I would put on an SS hood and either run white highlights along the sides of the scoop or paint the top half of the scoop white. Next, I would grab a nice set of black wheels with a polished lip. Then throw on new clear headlights, sidemakers, and parking lights. Possibly go with a billet grill instead of fogs. Also, some quick off the wall ideas: you could buy a custom billet emblem and shoot it white (I'm considering this myself). You could also paint the headlight trim white. Not sure if these last two would look right but by all means experiment. Finally, don't forget to throw on 5% tint and lower. Keep up the good work!

like i said that was right after i pulled it from the booth it still needs to be wetsanded and buffed will be glass when im done, not the first one ive ever painted. to mask it i used blue fine line tape and just took my time applying it till it was perfect, it was my first two tone job so it too a couple extra days. im going to paint my wheels most likely black or black and white and im goign with a 4 inch cowl hood. and i have the billet grille that came with it i need to refinish and the spoiler and quarter effects i still need to finish along with the hatch. i had the windows tinted last somer i got pulled over the cop had a gauge and it said it was 2.3% so i got a 60$ fine i need to re-do it again i have new doors on it. and i was thinking of doing the headlight trim white also to see what it looks like. thanks for the reviews guys keep em comming i love it!!

Looks good. I think when it's done, black outs on the front would really complete it. For some reason it reminds of an LT1 4th gen special edition, Maybe Brickyard 400, or so Z28.

It is one sexy Camaro! Congragulations on the effort!!!!! you actually took the time to do this unlike some people who keep putting it off. I have a few questions..
1. Why did you not take off the bumpers and fenders, ground effects before you started painting it, or did you??
2. Are you going to wet sand it after the first coat of paint? or did you do that already? can't really tell on the pics since they are not vivid enough
3. Was all this done indoor? sanding, primering ect ? or both indoor and out door?
Keep up the good work!

i didnt take everything off cuz ive had everything off a million times in the last year ive been working on it and didnt want the hassle to align it all again, although the doors arent lined up yet. i did it all indoor i go to a school with liek a 25 car facility we have two primer booths a sandblast booth and two up draft paint booths. im goign to sand the clear but due to dumba$$ regulation newly enforced we cannot wetsand in the shop because it *POLLUTES* the ground but it will be glass when im done will get more pics as i get more accomplished.

i like the look of two-tone. especialy the daytona firebirds. black over grey. (like karr on night rider, but not KRd to death) great lines. i think i saw a bird 87+ style with similar lines as yours once.
anyway keep up the good work. that would be an awsome paintjob for a B4C.

i reallly like the way its broke up with silver. thats what makes it, IMO.
without the pinstripe it would have been just average.

That looks great but does that pinstripe go around the front? I can't really tell from the pics.
I think this might interset you since you said you'd never seen another two-tone turdgen

ya im not a fan of the silver grids, but not my car so ohwell
the top color is a blueish purple, it was really dark/overcast when i took that pic, the actual color looks better in my opinion
the girl that owns that works at the local auto paint supply store
the purple fits for her, shes like 5 flat maybe a 100 lbs, you can bairly see her in the car

Well I loved the black and red one that was in Super Chevy and thought it could be the future of mine. It had the exact same design so I like yours as well just wouldn't go for those colors, but looks great.

the IROC rims look so out of place on the 91-92 style ground effects.
nice paint scheme.
i like the painted taillights, tho i think id prefer my own left factory looking.
