It's interchangeable, no modification required. Almost did it myself.

Yeah it will fit, youll need to pull the fuse for teh airbag, and possibly remove the light for the INF RST, otherwise it will be on all the time (so ive heard?)

Biggest problem some people have is the fact that its illegal in alot of states not to have an airbag in a car that came with one from the factory.
