88' camaro 350 project 5yrs in the making!
this is my 88 sport coupe i bought over 5 yrs ago been building it up for the past year at school. just wanted to throw up some pics for ya then in a few weeks it will be finished!!
This one was after the first year at alfred state for auto body tech i painted the quarter panels after repairing them shaved all the emblems except for the nose. and the ground effects were silver.

Looks great! I've heard it said before, but it's so true: the vahicle always looks it's worst during prep. It gets looking so much better really quickly, though.

no need to change the heater core in a street Rod!
i deleted all the heat and A/C. i only drive it about may thru august. i plan to make it a targa top also n put a roll cage in it before i leave school this may. hopefully i can get her into the 13's after i get all my bolt ons now my engine rebuild is done. in a couple weeks she will be two tone black and white. i will keep you posted. that top pic is what it looked like last summer!

the suspension im not sure what to do with yet i need a good set up for street but i wanna hook up mad at the track any ideas?

yea, but i pretty much consider camaros, especially looking like that with that kinda motor, a z regardless.

yea i know what you mean, it is a Z technically but in 88 they dropped the Z and the sport coupe is the Z for that year basically. thanks for looking guys!

the car looks great. did you complete the targa top conversion and did you use glass or steel for the top. how do the seals work if completed.
