I was talking about fluid lines not wires, I saw the amp. I was referring to engine. It looks mighty shiny but I wanted to know what was in it.

4L80 eh? Did you have a lot of work to get that in?

BTW, I've been watching this post for a while, everything looks great. The time and craftsmanship shows tremendously.

did you buy the aluminum dash from anywhere, or did you completely make it yourself. I know they make some universal ones you just cut to fit yoru application like at alsons.

LETZRUN : I have build the dash from scratch myself, using alum. sheet.

SULLY91rs : Not realy, the 4l80 fit like a Turbo400, the only problem is for the transmission crosmember that i have to build from scratch.. Then for sure the driveshaft too need to be adapted..

For the curious out there here is my modified front, the two small scoop are open and used to feed fresh air to the Procharger F1 intake & cool the unit itself at the same time, i have an intercooler under the car too. ;

Damn dude... props is all I gotta say. I'm turning my car into a ragged edged street car... pretty much full race car hahah. I'll be doing an aluminum dash also. You wouldn't happen to have any more pictures of the process would you? Maybe even a few measurements? Or did you just use cardboard.

BTW Nice job on the hood, I've been thinking about doing a custom cowl hood also. I don't like the sharp cowl's that are offered for firebirds so I planned on widening the cowl and smoothing it out a bit like the jongbload(sp?) hood on the camaro's

I have started whit cardboard i dont have any mesurement, using cardboard then make 1 piece at a time as well as tinking how to have a nice fit.. Its not to hard... I may have some other pics but noting detailed, have to check, i will post it on my site later on if you want to look at it..

The hood i have is a fiberglass (hardwood bolt-in) i have added the 2 small scoop myself, build whit cardboard again & fiberglass clothing.

Why do you have an aluminum dash, roll cage, and racing harness on a street car? Just wondering.

Should run around 800 to 1000HP on pump gas,
Between 15/20psi boost whitout nitrous.

Whit racing gas & nitrous should be near to 1500HP.
Will try to run it on a dino this summer if i have a chance.

Its a Motown block fully blueprinted/studed head/crank, Splayed Billet Main cap, 410 sbc whit a Procharger F1 & Racing Air/air Intercooler. I dont want to put all the spec but i can tell its a 8.5/1 engine W/6'' H-Rod whit a custom grid cam and all forged internal w/blower piston. Ruffly i have around 20,000$ in the block itself.. Thats not including the F1/intercooler, The XFI, The cam Sync Dist., THe Ati Custom/crank trigger Damper, the Weldon 2045 Full pump etc..

You can build an engine of 1500HP whit pump Gas whit a procharger dude ! But not too good for roading at this level you have to do 7/1 engine and its not very stretable

I can drive anywhere whit my car then Still able
to let a 1200cc Superbike on my back at less for the 1/4m
For sure the bike take me after.. Those bike goes over 320km.., i'm not geared for that speed and don't have 6 speed

Will post the dyno sheet as soon i go for it...
No dyno near me the only place i found one that handle up to 2000HP is at 500km from me so.

But trust me, this engine deserve the power

ok I was about to call bs on the 1000 hp, but you've got the money in it to make it legit. sounds like a kill motor.

goddamn you! You're doing everything I want to do to my car before I can. I've been working out a f-1 blown sbc 420.

Once both our cars are done we'll need to race.
