broken headlight housing

my headlight housing on my 88 RS broke into 3 nice sized pieces, should i go ahead and buy a new housing or just try and bondo it back together. (i'm talking about the fiberglass thing that holds the high and lo beams)

That fiberglass piece goes from fender to fender, at the ends it attaches the front of the fender to the bumper cover, so to remove it's going to be a "bitch". I had to replace one on an 87 Camaro that my son had an accident with. With that said, I'd see if the damage is minor enough that epoxy could repair. If you use glue, use a good epoxy like "POR-15", which is a 2 part mix or "JB WELD" and let it cure over night. DO NOT USE BONDO, it will not hold.
