Replacing doors
How much is involved in replacing doors? Mine are rotted and I have a set off a Camaro I parted out that are MINT. How hard is the wiring, how hard is it to get everything bolted up? Any tips or suggestions? Thanks,

You can do it in about 20 minutes. It is really really easy. I have to take mine on and off to check fitment while installing my lambo doors. 6 bolts hold them on 4 from the outside and 2 from the inside. Thats it. depending on power options, then there are more or less things to unplug. But like i said a sec ago, it is all just plugs. Pretty impossible to mess up. Def not an intimidating job. Good luck.

I pulled mine from my 89 and it was like 7 bolts I think. REALLY easy. The problem is I didn't know what to do with the wiring, I had to cut the wires. You'll have to disconnect them from the motors and solenoids (if power) and feed them through the holes. They are HEAVY doors too so watch out. Steve bought mine, maybe he can tell you about wiring them up.

Just unplug the motors. If you can't or don't feel like it.....then slash the wires and splice them back in later to the car. No biggie.
