NHRA Kill switch

Here is my kill switch panel. I made this so that no one will be able to see kill switch when driving on the street. I just remove the cover and then I meet the NHRA rules for drag racing.

That's awsome. I like it. I did mine in that area but mine is covered be the plate itself. Never thought about hiding it there. Oh well, maybe next time.

Thanks
It was actually pretty easy to install there. All you need is a 3" hole saw and you can still use factory supports to hold the rear of the taillight to the car. I really did not want the switch to be accessible by people walking by in parking lots or while i am sitting with the car running.

damn good idea! That's the only reason I havent relocated my battery yet. I don't like the look of those ugly things sticking out the back of a car. And I'm sure someone would **** me off at work flipping the switch. Well Guess I'm doing a battery relocation then!

The switch plate is made out of 22-gage steel I bought from home depot. I used a pair of tin snips and a vice to make it. Then I painted it with por 15.
