NAME THESE MYSTORY CONNECTORS! and other thing
i got have been woundering what these connectors are for and if they should be hooked to something. also this thing under my carpet that the carpet is cut away to reveal

use the IMG built into the reply to link the images. Also those pictures show me nothing one is super huge and the other is really small I can't tell anything.

Both photos show the same thing, looks like the cut in the carpet in the hatch well? This thread says the bracket underneath the carpet is to hook a flat tire to, since a normal size tire won't fit in the spare tire well. I don't know why GM would bother with that, the times I had a flat my tire just barely fit in the well, so I really didn't think it needed to be held down.

Not sure about 1 (foglights maybe?) and 2 (?).
Number 3 is your ALDL connector for the ECU.

i believe most cars had the same wiring just whether or not the option was used in a specific car. Like most cars have the harness for power seats yet only some actually have power seats.

From that angle, it looks kind of like the headlight/dimmer switch connector, but I'm not really sure. It doesn't look like it has enough wires going to it. Do you have any better pictures of it?

im gonna stick with its for the relay for the fog lights... even though the brown should be a purple wire..., is there another connecter under teh dash that has the same colors as that and looks like that only the brown wire is a purple wire ?
