Decklid spoiler gaskets ?

I am in the process of switching from a wraparound spoiler on my 87 to a decklid spoiler. The wraparound is NOT cracked in the usual spots anywhere except the sun has weather cracked it badly on top, flexible bumper filler would level it off and then sand. I am going to sell for 20.00 OBO
plus shipping to anyone interested and yes all mounts are in tact.
This would be one of few that is worth it to repair, the ones with cracks at the mounting points will never hold and you would be continuously filling the crack.

I realize the holes won't match up and will have a couple holes to fill, but does anyone know if there is supposed to be some sort of a GASKET type thing between the spoiler and the body on each mounting area ? Thanks for any input here.

The decklid spoiler has a black plastic piece around each mounting point.
