Factory notch window reseal

Mine leaks pretty bad, it was worse but my grandfather and I put some caulk in the gap in between the window and the hatch. Less water gets in the car when it rains now but the interior stinks now of mold so I will eventually replace the carpet.

I got an estimate to have it resealed by a place down the street from me and they said $125-$140. I may be wrong but I think this is a bit expensive? I have had a friend that had his windsheild replaced and it wasnt a whole lot more than that including the new glass so my thinking is that it should be maybe an hours labor to reseal?

I would be interested in possibly doing this myself but I dont know what i would need to attempt this job. Please let me know if the quote I got is competitave to the market or not. Thanks
