Wheels, Hood, Seats, HEADACHES!

Okay I thought my car was so close to being done, then come to find out some major cosmetic parts I ordered wont be here in time, so I cancelled the order. I had to cancel my Cervini Ram Air Hood because it wouldnt be ready until after the car was painted, and I had to cancel my Torque Thurst D wheels because they wouldnt be available for something like 5 weeks, and Then come to find out my seats wont fit, so I cancelled that order. So now I need Seats, a Hood, and Wheels, and I only have $800 to buy it all . I guess I can wait on the seats and use seat covers until I get mor cash, but the hood I need and the wheels I need. So okay guys I need some suggestions for a $350 (or less) hood that is still nice and a bit different, and wheels for $400 (or less) and they have to be black or paintable. Since I wont have the cash for new tires, I need something that fits the tires I have now (still 80% tread) my current wheels are 15"diameter and 7"or8" wide. Please guys I need some help on this one! (and I know $350 and $400 don't add up to $800,but I gotta account for shipping) and if you are wondering why I have less money to work with after cancelling my order, that is because I borrowed some money from my parents for the seats and part of the wheels, but I didn't really wanna owe them anything so I decided to work with what I have. Please help guys, and quick!
