Hood Problems? Shaking Car.

Hey. I bought the car with this hood on it. Once i hit about 75 80 on the highway the whole interior shakes like crazy, headliner and dash, like the car wants to take off... ive noticed that the hood in the front does have a gap from the front fender. do you think the low pressure under the hood is creating lift? which is in turn shakin the crap outta my car? help please

heres a pic of my hood

Your car looks sweet though. You should get the 91-92 GFX like mine. Good car!

at the very least, get your tires balanced, will make a world of difference...
I bought a beretta when i was in HS from my best friend's gf... Well, like two weeks before i bought it their gravel driveway was total mud and she got stuck... when i started driving it i noticed it had the same problem u mentioned... i asked her father about it (a mechanic... and a really CRAPPY one too.. made my POS y-pipe) and he said he didnt know what was wrong and he balanced them.. well, i took them out to a friends (who's dad happened to be a mechanic too) and we went to balance them... and found about an INCH of mud caked on the inside of the rims... needless to say, after they were cleaned and balanced, the problem disappeared...

yeah, i dont drive over 75 anymore because of that

im pretty sure its the crappy 20 dollar used replacement i got on the front passenger side when i had a blowout a couple months ago

it used to only do it when i'd hit like 90+, but since i never drove that fast (except a couple 2 AM runs on the 10 mile straight stretch on the highway out here) I never bothered caring about it

But now that it does it at 80, it bothers me.

I often have to hit 80 to keep up with the flow of the fast lane, but I don't want to go above 75 and shake my car to ****, and the slow lane is going too slow (like 65) to stay over there

it sucks, i'm in limbo
