wetsanding info

hello people my paint is about 7 years old and i am looking to bring back a shing to it. I do not have the money for a new paint job i was just wondering how hard is it to wetsand a car. I need information

if your just looking to get the shine back than i wouldnt bother with wetsanding. try a really nice wax first, if that gets you nowhere then i would compound it with a variable speed buffer. i use the 3M perfect it III system at work all day long. the stuff is great. hit it with compound and then some machine glaze. that should make it look like new agian.

I used zymol wax it brings back a good shine but after a week it is dull again. where can i buy this 3M perfect stuff at. do i need to us a speed buffer

you can get the 3m stuff at any body shop supply place. yes you are going to need a variable speed buffer for best results.

oooooooboy a better get a person with good skill with a speed buffer. If i do it myself i will burn a hole in my powerbulge hood

youll whill just burn the paint. its not that hard. but if you are not comfortable with the idea of using a buffer on you own car than you should probably get someone with alittle more skill.
