it's the pain of finding the perfect ride... once you get it there it takes too much effort to get it back so i don't mess with it much. wish i had smaller valves.

the big reds are fast, i plan to downgrade here shortly as even with the programable settings you can't use them as it raises too quickly.

the size of the valve or the block it's attached too. the smaller the better, excpet for the actual electric valve obviously. makes it easier for mounting. all 4 of my big reds are roughly 3 1/2 by 5 1/2 when blocked together.

If you want side to side, you will have to take off at least your front sway bar. I took my back one off as well to get even more side.
Generally airride is slow because most people buy cheap parts. You go to pay to play.
Bags are for f*gs. Haha. Oh yeah...HYDRAULICS ARE FOR PIMPS. At least good hydraulics. Hehe.

slammed_z you are crazy! I got my Camaro lowered to ride height just in case something happens so I can get home. Looks good though.

Kandied91z or anyone else have more info on the Camaro that can 3 wheel? That's only the second 3rd gen I've even seen in picture that can 3 wheel.
If anyone wants to go with hydraulics, hit me up. Maybe I can help. caliswangin916@aol.com

haha bags are for *** i like that lol

i cut the metal outta the sway bar bushing so it will allow me to go low as possible and still perform well

just curious why did you say im crazy?

the front would have the least to do with it... it's all in the rear. also, it's usually the cheap parts that are fast, they just don't last.

reguardless post some pictures..

Here are a few pics with sides dumped from 2 years ago. I haven't done much besides buy parts for it. Recently got a wide body kit and started my 4th gen interior swap. Definitely getting an LS1 after the body is done. Please keep the hate to a minimum. Hehe.

It is definitely the sway bars that restrict the sides from dumping. Virtually every vehicle with a sway bar gets restricted. You'll lose cornering ability....but oh well.

i think it would be pretty cool

i know this is an old thread and all, but please keep an eye on your air lift 2b6s. Air lift has had a hell of a time with a few batchs of them. The center ring has ripped out on a few or they come uncrimped. Personally i would've run sleeved bags since sleeve's do tend to give a better ride.

I'm assuming you don't drive your 3rd gen much, having the comps/valves inside must suck with the noise.....any update on the car??

what compressor were you running again?

my viair 450 is a bit slower then the standard 400 but it's quieter, the staple for noise in the line. if you want to reduce the noise relocating the filter for the compressor also helps to cut back noise.

i also run a 450, the difference from the 450 to the 400 is the CFM and duty cycles.

i don't have my 3rd gen anymore. That's why i haven't been on here much. I drive an 03 S10 with air ride on 18s. I'm big into air ride and was searching what kind've third gen's had it.

here she is, she leans back real hard! I need to take out the front inners and relocated everything to lay the front out. Here's a quick list of mods
Fully bagged (obviously)
Slam RS72s up front Firestone F9000s in the rear.
Goodmark Gen 3 hood
Street Scene Gen 1 bumper cover
street scene mirrors
clear corners
billet grille and bowtie
shaved tailgate
fiberglass flush mount tonneau
american racing hype wheels in 18. (will be going 20s all around or 18/20 combo)
errr i think that's it, i don't remember anymore lol.
