inspection...

Quick Question:

Since I'm sending my car into the paint shop, I only have the driver's seat & seat belt installed. everything else is gutted besides the dash, ect... So, will I pass inspection with only seat and belt in the car in New York State?

You obviously need your cloth sail panels or the cops will be ALL over you.

I think you'd be alright with just a belt and seat. Dash probably isn't required, the other seats, carpet, center console are not.

Not only the odds of getting pulled over are minimal, but if it's not illegal what will he get a ticket for?
