Door hinge or pins (how should I know?)

hi,

I got sagging doors.....but I don't know can I replace the door pins only to fix it, they are pretty bad, two side of the door are not flat even after closed, the door hinge is very expensive in Taiwan, what should I do?

I put in new pins and for the hinges , both top and bottem and it still didnt fix the problem. So before you buy, make sure the pins will do the job.

Check the metal bushings, I bet thats your problem. I can send to some bushings if you pay for shipping, I got something like 500 of them.

Sorry I didnt see that you lived Taiwan but if you look it shouldnt be hard to find a replacement especiall on this site. I had sagging door and it was because you have a bushing that eventually get worn down just from use especially with the big heavy camaro doors and this allows the pins in the hinge to jiggle. Sorry if I am not being much help. I may have some pictures if you want them.

Realign the lower hinge where it meets the body. Its a few bolts and that can make a huge difference, especially if its still sagging after new pins are installed.

Remove the plastic kick panel (inside by your feet). Loosen the bolts that attach to the door. Jack the door up slightly higher than it rests. Tighten bolts.

Its that easy.
