91-92 Gta spoiler
I was wondering if its possible to fill the indented part of the 91-92 trans am spoiler...i like how it looks and is flat and all but that stupid cut out part annoys me and i was wondering if you could use fiberglass and filler to fill that cutout so itll look like a flat version of the 85-90 gta spoilers
anyone know if its possible or anyone done it already?

When I had my hardtop I kind of liked that spot. Someplace I could quickly grab to pull it shut without paying any attention. I know that doesn't help any but I figured I put an opinion out.

I'm sure you could bondo and fiberglass something. Shouldn't be to much trouble either.
With that said, I love that about the '91-92 spoiler. I think it looks killer. It looks like a jet wing and is one of the styling cues taken from the Banshee concept car. Also, it kinda resembles a "birds" wings swept back.

The bondo and fiberglass will only work on the fiberglass replacement spoiler.
The real one is a flexible rubber type material. I don't think anything will work and be flexible, it would probably crack off, or just crack.
You could always drive over to a body shop and ask them what they think could be done.
Hope this helps,
George

The 91-92 Wing is a plastic type material.
I bought one and installed it on my 86 Trans Am a few years back.
