bolt head size for hood latch loop

hI, All..i posted this subject back in September and got some great replies...Finally, I'm gonna try to get the hood open...Does anyone out there know for sure what size the bolt head is that holds the latch loop to the underside of the hood??? I need to pickup a 1/4 drive flex socket to do this, as I think that's all that's gonna fit thru the openings from below...a reply back in Sept said 13mm..can anyone confirm that..I'd sure appreciate..My son, too...it's his '91 RS I'm tryin to refire...Thanx to all....

The trouble is, is that the hood is locked down, the cable has stretched from us pulling in it, the latch is 'frozen' closed....Sawzall is next if the bolts won't come out...

Thanx lots...Th 13mm flex socket worked...with a ton of patience, and a few choice words....Took one bolt off the loop, that gave enuf room to lift hood and put same 1/4" extension with 13mm flex socket too remove the 2 bolts that hold the latch mech...it's more rusted than the Titanic...Have to get a new latch mech...not gonna chance this again.....Thanx..Dana
