T-top indent->leaks

Hi, somehow my weatherstripping on my t-top got ben out of shape and left a little indent, which is caught in the window when the door shuts. I can pull it out and shut the door then no problems. i was wondering if there was a way to 'soften' it so i could reform it?

if you take apart the t top you will find enough adjustment to keep from closing the door on the weathstripping. also while you have it apart put some silicon caulking around where the plastic and the glass join. you will be able to tell where. just preventive mantinance.
