145MPH Gauge Cluster Swap...

Just to start off, i did run a search and i found some anwsers, but not all... Looking for someone who has just swapped them out...

I have a 1984 Camaro Z28, (Dual Needle) and want to swap in a 145MPH Cluster. Being that they are both cable driven, i am aware that i can just swap it right in with no issues, however my question is with all STOCK equipment, (trans, rear, engine) would this throw off the speedo? Other threads had similar questions, but there was always a new rear end or engine or trans in the loop that was throwing it off...

I have a part 2 to this question, depending on anwsers, but if it does throw it off, what needs to be done to recalibrate? Part 3 then would be, if i add a new rear ratio, or trans, or engine, whats the best way to calibrate it?...

Thanks Guys

Speedo will not be off if all is stock.

If you change your gears in the rear you must change the gears in the trans.
