Driver window seals bad, can't over 78mph w/o....

Driver window seals bad, can't over 78mph w/o....

HAving the window shake really badly. I mean I avoid that mph or higher like the plague!! Can they be tightened or something? I have a t-top car and if I pull on the inner rubber seal the wind "buffing" sounds lessens greatly but I have to keep applying the pressure. The seals look to be in good condition, no cracks or tears or dry rot. But they aren't good at all.

I plan on going to San Diego this summer and there is no way in hell that I will go the speed limit.
