how can i tuck back in the firebird pouch?

im not sure how to tuck it back in. it looks like it just came out from under the plastic behind it. when i 1st got the car i thought that was a airbag over there...but..i kinda doubted it because my car is a 91, but then again i didnt know they had airbags then. but..its not ripped or anything i was just wondering if anyone knows how to put it back. heres a pic--

It just came undone from behind. Just carfully pull it off and re attach it to the back with some glue. Its really not that hard, and while you are at it you can adjust the elastic band for the top of the pouch so it does not just hang open.

The whole pocket is mounted to the dash with friction clips. If you can get your fingers or maybe a broad putty knife to help pull the whole unit from the dash, you should be able to see why it has come off and fix it. I had one that seemed to be glued to the back. You might just get by with some super glue or something.

Yeah, I put a DVD player behind mine and used magnets to hold the pouch on. Then I fixed the sagging part with some glue. It's easy to work with, no need to get a replacement.

I have a pouch but the emblem is white. Your's for 25.00 plus shipping. The clips on the back that goes through the dash are in good working order.

Yeah, the backing on mine had 4 clips attached. I pried it off very carefully, then glued the leather fabric back on the backing plate. After it had time to dry I made sure all the fabric was held tight again then pushed the pouch back on the dash again by aligning up the 4 clips on the pouch and the 4 holes on the dash. Nice and easy repair job.
