Car: 1983 Z28
Engine: 350
Transmission: TH350
can anyone see through there hood?
has anyone made a part of there camaro hood see through??
u know were they have the two indent marks on most camaro hoods?
say u cut it out (like in pic below) and covered it with some good strong see through plastic or plexi or some sort, so u can see in your engine bay?
i did a photo chop below with a pre 85 z28 camaro add photo and my engine bay so u get the idea. has anyone done something like this to there thirdgen? any pics out there? what do u guy think of this idea?

Transmission: ProBuilt S/S 700-R4 & ACT 9" Stall
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 3.23
Just another thing to have to clean.
Cool idea, How would you attach it? You would have to cut back some of the hood supports in that area I imagine. I think it would look pretty nifty if the installation was clean enough.

I think the idea is pretty nifty... Do it Do it! Guys over in the fabrication board might beable to give you a few hints for working with plexiglass.
