they arent that hard ot replace, as long as you have torx bits and a steering wheel puller and a phillips #2 screwdriver, and sockets for puller tool and for steering wheel shaft nut and the three wheel puller bolts, thats all you need
you should be able to get all locks and keys brand new at a local parts store for cheap,
call around today or tomorrow locally
good luck

Do the ignition yourself, It is straighforward as long as you dont have airbags. Go to autozone' loan a tool and grab the puller. Make shure you mark where the steering wheel is at before pulling it.
As for the door locks, they can be somewhat of a pain in the *** if you have large hands. They are easy once u get in there. Not a hard project and definetely worth doing it yourself to save the money.

There's not much I can add to what they've told you other than once you have the steering wheel off you need another tool (that you can get from Auto Zone) for the lockdown plate.
I just recently (maybe a week ago) replaced my ignition cylinder and it took about a half hour. I had never did it before that. But do remember where the wheel is at whe you remove it.
As far as the door locks, I did those on my car as well. They're very simple. Once the door panel is off you only have one rod with a clip on it and the clip that holds the lock in place.
It's all very simple. Just take your time.

I've only known of one other time with someone removing the steering wheel without a puller.
Auto Zone (and you may already know this) only charges a refundable deposit to use their tools.
The tool for the lock down plate isn't absolutely necessary but it would take another person to hold it down while you (or someone) removes the clip.
Let me know how it goes.
