email recaro and they will tell you. unless you are building a race car it won't be noticeable. the build quality of the frame, comfort of the seat and material is what really matters.

yeh im sure they wont be lighter then the stockers but much much better quality.

well yea that's the idea. I've all but stripped the interior, lots of mods to make it lighter. Wouldn't make sense to get the heaviest seats out there, which is why I shy away from sparco. I've considered going with a fixed-back seat to reduce weight, but I just can't imagine that being very comfortable.
