wing"? and mounting hardware?

Have a 92 Firebird and wing got ripped off. Wondering if the 86 "High rise" wing is the same as the 92's. Any differences at all. Also wondering if anyone sells all the mounting hardware including the plastic pieces. or atleast thoes 2 pieces.

Car: Base Firebird
Engine: TPI 350
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: D44
not sure what spoiler you are talking about, the term "high rise" generally refers to the spoilers that came on 91/2 Z28's... if it was on a base firebird, then it would look like mine(in picture below) and should fit your car no problem since both '86 and '92 came without a third brake light underneath the spoiler. if your car was a trans am/gta, then the spoiler is specific to 91/92, and the '86 spoiler will be different.

here's a picture of the base model's spoiler..
