Door Lock Block Offs (No Key Hole)

Does such a thing exist?
I don't want key holes. The factory locks are siezed because I never use em. And I don't need em.
And no I am in no position to shave them off just yet.

Just looking for a drop in blank replacement piece. thanks.

I would just go to the hardware store buy a small piece of sheet metal, and cut and weld the piece in the door. If you take your time it should look great.

i have the smooth lock covers on my car and I love them...no key holes anymore...and they just stick on...very simple...and much much cleaner.
